Our retreat will include:

Gabrielle Young has worked as an executive coach, facilitator and trainer, as well as a Human Resources and Organisational Development director. She teaches the wellbeing programme Optimise your Potential, is trained as a Playing Big facilitator for women, and is also trained as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.
Katerina Zavazalova is a trained yoga teacher and a walking guide for Walking by Nature and will assist Gabrielle on this five-day retreat.
