Great Barrier Wellbeing Retreat for Women

23–27 March 2017

Come and spend five magic days in our remote and beautiful location, offering timeout, mindfulness, yoga and sessions focused on how to improve your sense of wellbeing. Plus there’s nature and forest therapy, walking, swimming, delicious food and the company of other women. If you’re looking for something special to review and kick start your year, this is the retreat for you.

Gabrielle Young has worked as an executive coach, facilitator and trainer, as well as a Human Resources and Organisational Development director. She teaches the wellbeing programme Optimise your Potential and is trained as a Playing Big facilitator for women and as a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.

Katerina Zavazalova is a trained yoga teacher and a walking guide for Walking by Nature and will assist Gabrielle on this five-day retreat.
